I had a surgical face lift 10 years ago when I was 55. Now I look like I did before I had the surgery (my mom’s genes)and I do not want to have surgery again. Worst are the wrinkles in my cheeks. Can you help?

Hi Fillers are not usually used off the face because they are moderately expensive. What are the dimples caused from? Are they scars from acne or something like that?
